Applied Sustainability Projects now available!

Interested in sustainability and want to make a difference through your university career? Looking for ideas of useful topics relating to sustainability for your coursework or research? If so check out our new University Living Lab initiative - the Applied Sustainability Projects. Over 50 topics have been set by key organisations working in the sustainability field in Greater Manchester, focusing on a diverse range of issues ranging from smart grids and cargo bikes to place making and soft power. The projects are available to students and staff at any level and from any faculty across the University. They are completely free to use and can form the basis of any piece of credit or non-credit bearing work, no matter how big or small.

There are over 30 suggested project opportunites for students interested in doing their dissertation research on campus, ranging from the development of new buldings to the refurbishment and maintenance of old.
